A poem to encourage very young children to have a good sleep and not wander into their parents' bedroom. It rhymes and appeals to young children as it contains a moral. It can be used as a lesson starter about sleep/tiredness or for PSHE discussion linked to a current class topic. Older pupils can be encouraged to recite and learn it.

Witch story about Wilma the witch who eats too many sugary sweets and it affects her flying ability. This can be used as Literacy, Drama ,PSD or a story starter for eating healthily. It has repetition in it and is suitable around Hallowe'en as its main character is a witch and there are lots of sweets eaten at this time.
